How are purchases tracked?

All referrals are tracked automatically with your referral link through RAKUTEN.

When will purchases be reflected in my dashboard?

Your affiliate commissions will hit your RAKUTEN dashboard as soon as orders are processed and shipped.

Do I have to sell these products in salon?

No. While you are not required to sell items in salon, it's advantageous to have popular items available for post-appointment purchasing.

What if my client forgets to use my link?

When a customer uses your personalized link to make a purchase, that device is registered with a cookie giving your client ownership for one year of the initial purchase. Even if the customer forgets to use your link on subsequent purchases, you will still earn a commission for up to one year from when your link was used on that device. Every time your link is used thereafter, the one-year window will restart on that device.

Customers will need to ensure they are using your personalized link when purchasing from a new device for the first time in order to deposit a cookie. Each device will need to have a cookie deposited in case you link is not used.

Example 1: Customer used your personalized link to purchase from mobile device. Purchases made from said device are now commissionable for up to one year even if your link was not used.
Example 2: Customer uses a different device to make a purchase without using your personalized link. These sales are not commissionable from said device until your link on that device and a cookie is deposited.

Does my client have access to specific products or all products?

Your affiliate link provides access to all in-stock items on the website.

What should I do if I'm missing a sale?

Email us at [email protected] and we'll help track it down! Make sure you include the date and order number associated with the sale to help us understand which sale may be missing from your account.

Anything else I should know about the Bio Ionic Affiliate Program?

At any point in time can Bio Ionic change or edit any aspects of the Bio Ionic Professional Affiliate Program with notification to its participants.
