"I love the product. It is very easy to operate and the buttons do not get in the way. The vibrating function is very helpful for me. This idea does very well on my fine gray blonde hair. I just wish the discount I got would have applied to other colors. Oh well."

"The straightener has an okay feel to it but unfortunately doesn't seem to work as well as others. I tried on numerous heat settings but I'm still having to do multiple passes just to get the frizz down. My hair is not overly curly and even just doing touch ups requires multiple passes. Takes me FOREVER to straighten my hair now whereas my last straightener took a few minutes."

"At first I was a little apprehensive since I’m used to a 1. 25” flat iron from a different brand that I’ve owned for many years. A friend highly recommend this one so I gave it a try. (Bonus: it was on sale!) And wow! One pass! That’s it!! My naturally curly fine (Hispanic) hair turns out shinny and soft. I noticed less breakage. Plus it heats up very fast! I normally don’t curl my hair with a flat iron, but I did give my ends a little “twist” for volume and movement. It comes with a glove but I haven’t had to use it. I’ve only used it twice with the vibrating plates on. I should probably try it without this feature on to notice the difference. It is light and comfortable in my hand while using it. This is my new precious! :)"
"I like how this iron is light weight, after straightening my hair for more than an hour my arm does not feel tired because of the weight. Its a bit annoying when my hand accidentaly turns off the iron by touching the button. Ive travelled to lots of different countries with different voltages and ive had no problem using it."

"I spent $283 on this straightener, and it arrived defective. From the moment I turned it on, it displayed an error message and would not work. I immediately sent photos and videos documenting the issue and returned the product the very next day. What followed was some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I requested an overnight return label due to receiving a defective product, but they refused and only provided ground shipping. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager and was told no. I also requested a replacement, but they refused to send one until they received the defective item—even after I provided proof that it had already been shipped back. Now, three weeks later, I still do not have a replacement. For a company selling premium-priced products, the lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer care is unacceptable. Receiving a defective product is frustrating enough; being treated this way afterward is beyond tacky. I would not recommend this company based on either the product quality or the customer service experience."
