"I have had this blow dryer for two years. Its for personal use only no more than 2x a week and it no longer blows hot air. I submitted a warranty claim two months ago and still no response. After reaching out to Customer Service, I received an AI response that is totally useless. If you're thinking of buying this dryer for the warranty, don't bother. Customer service is horrendous."
"I have short and thick hair. My sister let me borrow her dryer for a month to see if I liked it. Seriously this dryer dried my hair in 1/2 the time! Unbelievable. I also have arthritis in my hands and I love that it is light and easy to handle!"

"I will always be a customer of BioIonic products, the customer service/warranty is top notch. I have been a customer for 15 yrs or more, and have only had to buy a new product when I wanted newer technology, any other time I sent in a product for service, I received a brand new product, no questions or issues,ever. And if a newer model was available, I got that as my replacement. As a stylist in the industry 43 years, I appreciate the service this company provides."
"I have had this dryer for several years now. I’m also a previous hairstylist. I have midlength thick hair. Even with cool settings on and heat on low it still runs hot! It also takes awhile to dry as there seems to be little power behind it. It is light which makes it a great option. But I’m definitely looking for something with more power and a quicker dry time! This one might be better for individuals with short/long less dense hair!"

The airflow is strong, and it cuts down my drying time a lot, which makes getting ready so much easier. It also feels comfortable to hold and not too heavy, which is a big plus when styling. "I love the blowdryer but after a year to the date it stopped blowing hot air. Sent it back they shipped me a new one. It was very easy to do and only had to pay shipping they returned it pretty quick"
"If you want a blow dryer to last you more than 6 months- I would recommend looking elsewhere! The first one I recieved only lasted about a week until the heat settings quit working. Took over a month to recieve a new one because their customer service is horrible, everything is AI and cannot ever get through to an actual representative. My new one that I recieved I’ve had for 6 months and now does not have hardly any air flow no matter how many times I clean it. I submitted another warranty claim and it’s been almost 2 months and have not heard anything about recieving a replacement. I ended up purchasing a completely different blow dryer from another brand."
