"I love this blow dryer! I work behind the chair and run a 6 figure solo business, this is my most used tool. It’s lightweight, quiet and a power house! The warranty is great and it was honored when I sent in my blow dryer when the heat unit went out. It took about 10 days for me to make a claim and get it back. I highly recommend this blow dryer!!"
"I have had many blow dryers in the years. This by far is my favorite. I used the Gamma blowdryer before and it lasted 2 months before it stopped blowing hot. My ionic smart x lasted 2 years before I warranty exchanged it."
"Would not recommend for a hairdresser using this every day. Worked great for a couple months then loses its power. This blow dryer is a replacement for my first one that lost power( not blowing air hard at all) and stopped getting hot. Now the one that replaced that one I’ve had for only 6 months and it’s not powerful anymore and takes me forever to do a basic blow dry, does not blow the hair around at all it sucks. It’s great I can get it replaced and all but am I gonna have to do this for the next 10 years bc I can’t get a refund? Just keep replacing it? Annoying asf. Very annoyed with this style of blow dryer"
"Easy to use and lightweight. The only bad thing is I’ve had to have it replaced twice. The concentrator became too loose to stay on the end of the blow dryer. And the second time it stopped blowing out warm air. It has an amazing warranty however it is an inconvenience to have to pay to have it shipped back in order to have a new one replacing it. I will add, customer service is amazing with this company."
"Worst blow dryer I’ve owned and I’ve been a hair dresser for 11 years. My first one didn’t last long, I paid $50 dollars in shipping 2x to get replacement, in which they sent me refurbished dryers which broke even quicker… this last one broke within 2 weeks of them sending it to me. Would go from hot to cold and then not even get warm. Don’t waste your money."

"I’ve been a long time customer of the bio ionic curling irons, and as a hairstylist, I recommend them to all my clients, collectively purchased over 20 curling irons for myself & clients. I was so excited when they released this blowdryer, I quickly switched over to them from Dyson blowdryers I had used for years. It was so refreshing to see a 10 year warranty backed by bio ionic. After about 9 months of using my blowdryer, as a professional hairstylist, the heating agent stopped working, I filed a claim and sent it in. Weeks went by I never heard from them, finally I reached out, and they simply said it was not within the warranty criteria. Nothing more. I said please send it back then so i can try and get my 400 dollar blowdry fixed elsewhere, they replied with a firm no. All in all, terrible customer service & completely false advertisement on a 10 year warranty. Extremely disappointing, I wish I could give 0 stars."
"I owned this dryer for less than six months and used it no more than once a week. It stopped producing heat, making it unusable after very little use. Customer support has been frustrating. The AI email chat is time-consuming and hasn’t provided clear answers. I’m still unsure why I would be expected to send the dryer back without knowing whether I’ll actually receive a replacement. Overall, this has been a disappointing purchase and not worth the money."
"This has to be the best blow dryer I have ever used. It is quiet, lightweight and easy to use. Dries and styles my hair in less time than others I have used in the past. The Bio Ionic team were also very helpful when I was having some issues, for which they resolved quickly and without question. Thank you!"
